SELF-STIRILIZING VEHICLE BY UV RADIATION
Box Body designed for the transport of perishable and non-perishable goods with the conditioning of an autonomous system through solar energy for the sterilization of the vehicle and the goods against any type of contaminating microorganism by radiation.

BODYWORK
The UVC-Box unit is available in any type of industrial bodywork, both refrigerated bodies with temperature control for the transport of perishable goods, as well as those for the delivery of parcels, health emergency vehicles and any other type of bodywork for sale and provision of mobile services.

UVC SOLUTIONS TECHNOLOGY
This unit incorporates the highest quality technology through two germicidal UVC reactors made entirely of stainless steel (AISI 304), one equipped with two AMALGAMA germicidal lamps of 207 W each at a wavelength of 253.70 nm, adapted to radiation on surfaces and another which incorporates a germicidal UVC reactor for air circulation equipped with a centrifugal turbine for air drive, with low sound pressure and a germicidal lamp with the same characteristics as the previous ones.
Both teams have the sterilizing power to eradicate any pathogenic agent depending on the incident dose time.

AUTONOMOUS SYSTEM THROUGH SOLAR ENERGY
The autonomous solar system is composed of three photovoltaic modules of 405W each, a power inverter, charger and MPPT AXPERT MKS 24V 3000W 100V 40A charging regulator and a 140Ah lithium gel battery.
The photovoltaic modules are installed in the upper part of the bodywork, which allow the self-sufficiency of the energy consumed by the UVC reactors without the need for the use of external agents and thus contributing to the preservation of the environment through renewable energy.
UVC BOX PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Recubox company, in collaboration with UVC Solutions, has developed and manufactured a sterilization system for the transport of goods on the road that eliminates 99.99 percent of pathogens, and that can be implemented in vehicles for transport at controlled temperature, is that is to say, refrigerated and isothermal bodies, and for the transport of parcels. It is an ultraviolet radiation sterilization system, which under the name UVC BOX, works autonomously and does not require any external agent to sterilize the elements that make up the bodywork or the merchandise transported by vehicles equipped with this system.
In the field of logistics, this sterilization method can be installed both in newly manufactured units and in units that are already in use, in this case, the sterilizing device is adapted to the load volume of the unit.
Recubox has presented the sterilization system coupled to a 15 m3 isothermal body that meets the most demanding quality standard, as well as ATP certification for controlled temperature transport. The unit is equipped with lamps that radiate high-power germicidal UVC light with a wavelength that is lethal to practically all known pathogens, which can be found both in the environment and on the different surfaces of the body and merchandise. The time to carry out this process is only a few minutes, so the merchandise exposed to the beam of light can be sterilized on the way to its recipient.
The sterilizing system works autonomously and in this case a solar energy system has been installed attached to the roof of the body in such a way that the system is self-sufficient using renewable energy, thus contributing to the preservation of the environment.
The company UVC Solutions, with more than 10 years of experience in the sector of disinfection and sterilization systems with ultraviolet technology, together with Recubox, a Spanish manufacturer of refrigerated and isothermal bodies, dry box bodies and producer of a wide range of sandwich panels, have achieved a state-of-the-art system that facilitates and simplifies the security and cleaning process, especially in this context of a pandemic.
